Although the Peace on Earth Film Festival emanated out of an NTC board meeting, the Creative Team is drawn from individuals in business, film production, and other creative arts, with little or no affiliation to New Thought Chicago, or its practices.

Nick Angotti, Executive Director

Nick Angotti, a former professional actor (25 years), screenwriter and director, in New York and Hollywood. Nick is also an Independent Television Producer (10 yrs, Chicago) at CAN-TV, currently producing his own show: Say Yes to Life; and the Supervising Producer of Restorative Justice in Action (RJA), bringing to Chicago Cable viewers the triumphs and challenges of individual practitioners in various modalities of Restorative Justice Practice.

Clayton Monical, Director

Clayton is an award winning filmmaker of The Institution, co-written with long time friend Brad LaMar. The Institution has won three film awards, including second place at The Lumberyard Media Film Festival, and seventh place for The Institution script this past year at Waterfront Film Festival. Clayton has worked in all areas of film production, with numerous Chicago film and television production companies, including Buena Vista Pictures (The Tony Danza Show) and G Group (Spike TV's King of Vegas). Clayton is a graduate of The Illinois Institute of Art, BA, Digital Media Prod. - Chicago.

Brad LaMar, Director

Brad is a martial artist although training in the defensive and non-lethal Aikido art; belonging to the Shinjinkai dojo near Ravenswood. Coming from a digital media background, Brad is currently working on a documentary called "The Human Conditioned" that analyzes the current methods in American society that citizens tend to avoid or escape through many means that are sometimes hard not to succumb to.

Marty Couch, Treasurer

Marty Couch has worked in the real estate and financial industry for 19 years, as a loan officer, underwriter, asset recovery manager, and escrow officer. He has also run small businesses of his own including a theater company. In these business ventures he was responsible for the daily book keeping as well as preparation of documents for accountants for year end reconciliation and preparation of tax returns. He is currently the director of The Ground Floor Entrepreneur Center, a business that provides networking, education and funding for small businesses and start up companies. He serves as the Treasurer of New Thought Chicago. Having worked in television commercials, episodic and guest appearances on live TV, Marty has also chaired the conservatory committee for the Screen Actor's Guild and has been a member of SAG since 1999.
